Why it exists: Short staff because some of the employees haven't arrived yet or are late for their shift. Also the employees that are there could be busy doing something that the manager told them to do. Employees could also be new therefore making the lines longer due to inexperience.
2. No change in the safe (Racetrac) to have at the register.
Why it exists: The manger hasn't refilled the safe with the change that is needed (quarters, dimes, pennies, and nickles). Or their is no longer change at all because the bank gave them to little change for the week.
3. Having little or no food at the food section for the workers (Racetrac).
Why it exists: The food is not yet thawed out which means employees are not able to put out and cook them. No more food in the stock room as well.
4. Running low on items out in the sales-floor (Racetrac)
Why it exists: Employees haven't had the time to restock due other issues in the workplace. No more items in the backroom or low on the items due to shipment being late.
5. Messy restrooms (Racetrac)
Why it exists: People can miss their target because they are in a rush. The toilet and stalls can be old as well which can keep things from staying put.
6. Soccer fields are to pack at times for everyone to play
Why it exists: Not enough fields at that location or the fields are too small to have a lot of people.
7. No parking space at soccer games
Why it exists: Everyone is playing their games at the same time.
8. When people do not put away their weights at the gym
Why it exists: People are just lazy to put them back where they belong or tend to forget all about them.
9. Sometimes you have to wait for the equipment that you need at the gym
Why it exists: Some people take longer then others or take things slowly. Others tend to do more reps.
10. No space to workout at specific locations of the gym
Why it exists: A lot of people are doing the same workouts as yourself.
11. The locker room at the gym smells bad
Why it exists: Everyone just got done doing an extreme workout routine or just have bad smelling in general when they sweat
12. Arriving late to work
Why it exists: I woke up late because of not hearing the alarm or setting the alarm on. To much traffic in the area that I am in.
13. Leaving work late
Why it exists: The team is short staffed or someone called off. Their is to much work to be done and no help.
14. Waiting until the last minute to do assignments
Why it exists: I get to lazy at times and prefer to have fun first. I sometimes forget as well.
15. Phone losing battery to fast and getting hot at times
Why it exists: The phone I have is to old and does not perform like how it did when I first bought it.
16. Updates to the PlayStation 4
Why it exists: To have a faster and better performance of the PlayStation 4. Bug fixes as well.
17. No parking space at my old college (SCF) by the north and west side of the campus
Why it exists: Limited parking due to lack of space in the area of the campus and students having the same classes at the same time.
18. Late registration for classes at the beginning of the semester
Why it exists: Financial aid problems, holds on your account, classes are full due to the popularity and forgetting the deadlines as well.
19. Waiting until the meter is on the E to put gas
Why it exists: I want to wait until I actually need gas
20. Waiting more than 10 minutes for my food at McDonald's
Why it exists: Lack of employees at that specific hour or to busy in general to complete orders on time
Reflection- I thought this assignment was going to be easy but I was wrong, like really wrong. I did not think it will be difficult to complete or that it will take a really long time to complete. It makes you think a lot about the bugs and how they work to exist. You have to think outside the box at times. It was even more harder for me because I cannot explain it in words, I tend to do better when saying it out loud and in person.
